how the process works

you sign a legally binding contract as the owner of the vehicle with M&L Leasing & third party who  takes over your luxury payment as a permissive user (Meaning your  luxury payment remains in your name until  lease or loan end date) .The vehicle will be placed on M&L Leasing's web site and marketed to potential buyers; your vehicle stays in your possession until we have located a buyer, and they have filled out necessary company paper work and have all escrow fees paid in full. All payments will be paid directly to lien holders as if you where making them your self. If due funds are for any reason not collected up to 10 days after lien holders due date, the third party forfeits escrow funds and your luxury payments are paid through escrow and the vehicle will be repossessed from said third party, the process will then continue. For as long as vehicle is contracted with M&L all payments are guaranteed!
